Always a good experience at this dental practice, everyone shows extra care for my son who has additional needs and he feels relaxed and happy to receive treatment here. All the receptionists are friendly and helpful but Kayleigh was exceptionally helpful on our last visit. Thank you everyone.
Do not be fooled by the positive reviews of this dreadful company. I have been an NHS patient at this practise for nearly 30 years and for the last two years now have been refused NHS treatment because "they don't have a dentist for me". I have never missed an appointment, nor cancelled one at the last moment and yet they treat me as irrelevant. THIS IS NOT CARE!! This is simply PROFIT BEFORE PATIENTS. They routinely send me reminders that my routinely check is overdue but cannot offer me an NHS appointment. Instead they offer me private care. They will tell you they don't make enough m…
Absolutely brilliant with me ,from calling up the staff were very polite,to when arrived and greeted me with a smile and politely. To the dentist chaired and staff all was very good. Made me feel at home and was very understanding to my needs. Even kept checking I was ok during the produre. Loved the music in background too.
Had to cancel my appointment and my new one was several months away I asked for a cancellation and I received one very quickly. I washing trouble with my teeth and the problem was solved quickly and efficiently. The admin staff were very helpful at finding me new appointments and not keeping me waiting but contacting me by phone. I cannot praise them highly enough
