I’m a crier, dislike the dentist, always put it off if possible but. Ashby dental are just amazing. I see Helen as my dentist and today I saw Sara Carr the hygienist. Wasn’t looking forward to a deep clean even asked her if she could numb me! But Sara started off on my teeth to show me how it would feel and if I could cope without being numb. Wow this lady is the most gentle hygienist I’ve EVER been to. I’ve really sore gums and she was just amazing. Taking me through every step telling me what she was doing where she was going next. The team are amazing! Kim and Jo have looked after me for years, and they are always professional and friendly. Big shout out to the rest of the team as well, wouldn't want to go anywhere else!
I have been with David Ceselsky for over 15 years and have followed him to his new practice. Previously I was terrified of the dentist following two bad experiences but David is patient, caring, compassionate and kind. He has instilled confidence in me to regularly visit the dentist and if I am anxious is reassuring and supportive. Vicky his nurse is such a lovely supportive person too and has also shown such kindness. Would highly recommend them both.
Never a problem visiting the dentist, even though it seems to be more often as I get older 😊. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a smile and a kind word from all the staff—many of whom I now know by first name: Kim, Jo, Katie, and Sam. They all immediately make you feel at ease. My dentist, Ellis, is not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind and patient—taking the time to explain procedures clearly and making sure I feel comfortable every step of the way. He also has a great sense of humor, which makes every visit so much easier. Highly recommend!
