I called the surgery and asked if they were accepting NHS patients, to which I was told yes! I was so happy and made an appointment and went in to complete the registration forms and pay for my first appointment that day. At my first appointment, I was told I was a private patient, not NHS. I queried this and explained that this was not what I had been told when I registered. Excellent care the nurse Donna has been looking after me for over 10 years and always puts me at ease and calms me down. The dentist S. Sivaraman was also excellent and understood that I have a fear of going dentist she explained everything thoroughly and gave me some good advice. 10/10

Unfortunately had the worse experience here without even receiving any real treatment. Advertised they were taking on NHS patients. So signed up last month and paid for the relevant initial check up. Had the check up and then quoted prices for Private Dentistry work. Queried this and there was an admission they had accidentally placed myself on Private whilst my wife was placed as NHS. They then said they needed me to ideally pay Private for some treatment then they would move me across to to NHS list after works completed. Mr Hussain is a lovely warm friendly man. Really helpful Hope he stays. Been a few changes in the past however the lovely Donna remains as lovely as always. Always goes the extra mile
