This was my second visit to Brookfield Dental and I have to say, I was blown away by the welcome and knowledge of all involved in that visit. Everything I needed to know was clearly laid out in advance and I have no doubt that my experience is the norm for this Dentist Surgery. Having avoided dentists for many years (National Health), my experience at Brookfield saw me treated with respect and acknowledgement. Brookfield dental is the best dentist I have ever been too. As someone who has struggled with dental issues my whole life I was a bit worried starting at a new dentist. They helped create a plan to get all my needed work done and they even send out happy birthday messages. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend them.
This dental visit went very well. As always the dentist was courteous, thoughtful and professional. The hygienist was considerate, the assistant was helpful and receptionist was pleasant and conducted her task well.
Best dental surgery ever, they always give a very professional, knowledgeable and courteous friendly service. You are always treated with respect and kindness, definitely five stars !!!
