Rugby Dental Practice

Very pleased to find a dentist accepting new NHS patients, but the best thing about the consultation was the dentist listened to the history and desire to not go ahead with any unnecessary procedures, gave a considered clinical appraisal without pushing for treatments to be done at considerable cost, as has happened with previous dentists. Told me I didn't need any work done and was clinically fine, where the previous one insisted I should have 5 fillings at a cost of £1500! Quite happy to go every 6 months at a cost of just over £27.

This dental practice is 5*+ all staff are polite helpful kind and always go above and beyond to help their patients, especially in emergency situations they try to get you seen in a timely manner, highly recommended practice, my dentist is very clam and she always takes her time with me as she understands, that I have had a bad experience in the past. I won’t name her but if she reads this then she will get the appreciation she so deserves for all she has done for me and our family over the years.

Just came in today for my first appointment. It was the best dentist I've ever been to in terms of hospitality. The dentist and dental nurse were both lovely amd smiley. They made me feel welcome straight away. Even though I was nervous. We had a laugh too and they helped me with xrays which I have always hated. But they were encouraging. Gave me tips and were patient with me. Which I've never felt as an adult before at the dentist Thanks so much guys. So happy I joined finally. See you in 6 months!! Amber

So bad atmosphere, I only went once and never going back . I was seen by a dentist ,who never even gave me a clean and polish under a check up appointment ,telling me I would have to pay an extra £82 to see a hygienist if I wanted a clean 🫧 up ,I checked with other local dentists they told me it's "very naughty of them" to charge people extra money 💰 💴 to get a 🫧 clean up ,and it should have been included in my regular Check up price ,so beware never just go ahead as dentist advises , check before you pay . It's there way of making more money from patients. Rip off, avoid 🏃😱🤬
