I am furious about how I was treated today. I went to the clinic around 12:30 to check if I could book an appointment for my daughter, as her back tooth is loose and uncomfortable. Luckily my daughter was not with me, I had just finished some business at the bank nearby and thought I could quickly stop by. The place was dark, the door was locked, and there was no sign indicating that it was closed. Just as I was about to leave, someone opened the door. I don’t understand why there’s some bad reviews as me and my family have been coming here for 8 years now with no problems at all. The ladies in reception are always friendly and helpful and the dentist (upstairs) is also friendly and has done a lot of work on my teeth. I’ve never been a fan of dental work but he’s put me at ease and is kind and professional.
