Took my teenage daughter to have braces fitted for the first time. Except for the receptionist who was brilliant, everything else was just a complete rush job - get them in and out. The orthodontist was pleasant and chatty, but had complete disregard when handling my nervous daughters mouth when shoving things in and doing things, didn't take 30 seconds to calmly explain what he was doing or about to do. Basic courtesy and patient care. And the lady who gave us aftercare instructions was rattling off reams of information like a high speed train, and when I asked her a clarifying question to…
Receptionist extremely rude would not recommend. I am not a patient but after a simple interaction I'd doubt I would get treated with any respect if I was one.
I just had three teeth removed they were an absolutely amazing team I was treated so kindly and all was done in less than 10 minutes. Thankyou to everyone there best dentist ever
