Thurcroft Dental Practice

Had our name on the list to join this practice since moving approximately 2 years’ ago. I’ve called twice to check where on the list we are to be told they don’t know because it’s all hand written and if I’ve missed the call then it’ll just be a ‘strike through’, which is quite rude considering the wait. A year ago, they told me there was a year to go… so I called back a year (slightly over) to find out if we were any closer, then to be told our names don’t feature anywhere in the book and never have! I went there today after calling 111 with a problem , best dentist I have ever been to . She was very gentle ,i didnt realise my tooth was taken out ..... She and her dental nurse were both really nice .

My wife and I have been patients of Thurcroft Dental Practice for many years. On our visit today, as always, we were greeted warmly by reception and the dentist herself was very gentle yet thorough with the examination and cleaning. This is a great practice and I would absolutely recommend them if you are looking for dental services in the local area.

Really terrible dental practice The receptionist needs work on her people skills. She likes to patronise you over the phone. I missed one appointment because of an emergency and me and my 1 year old son have been removed from the practice. Not really a loss just shows their character. I've reported you to the NHS because each time I was coming to the appointment and have used my maternity exemption they've claimed money for a scale, polish and check but they've actually only just done a check. Obviously exploiting the NHS system. Enjoy that.
