Been there once, they changed me to a different dentist who had to go home to the middle east, cancelled 3 checkups, then I get a text message saying my check-up is overdue. They don't answer the phone, reply to messages. I'm now wondering how long before I'm forced to lose my NHS space I waited ages for.
I have only recently moved to prime dental care and having my 4th visit can honestly say how happy I am to have registered with them. I had my own dentist in conisbrough, who was absolutely fantastic, from being a teen to being in my 40s but when she left the company went down hill. I'd avoided going and got thrown off for missing one appointment. I then found prime dentist and felt instantly at ease, I see the same dentist each time and already trust him. Thank you prime dentist for all you do, it makes such a difference.
Very thorough, thoughtful and friendly. Dealt with an extra issue just as swiftly as the original reason I was there. Would definitely recommend this dental practice.
Really good experience with the practice. I needed an emergency appointment and was booked in on the day I called. I was treated by Darcie who was professional and listened to my concerns. Her dental assistant was friendly and professional as well. Very happy with the treatment I received on the day.
