Lovely reception, very friendly. I was a nervous wreck as had to have a wisdom tooth out as an emergency. The dentist was a tall black man and was the friendliest nicest dentist I’ve ever met he put me at ease and tried to make me laugh I was so grateful to him.

Waiting times are ridiculous, turned away today due to a 2 hour wait! This appointment was rearranged as my other one was cancelled. People waiting walk away. Been the same for the past few years now.

Was seen as an emergency appointment and within no time i was in the chair and had the issue at hand dealt with and back out within the space of 20 minutes or so, very friendly people working there too.

Avoid this practice! I don’t mind dentist but this was enough to put me off for life. Absolutely awful experience, no compassionate at all, you just get told off for asking to stop during procedure when they’re hurting you, and that’s after saying anaesthetic was unnecessary to numb my mouth before digging my gums to sort my wisdom tooth out. I had an Asian lady and I don’t even think she was a dentist! Terrible practice.
