Terrible, Wouldn't see me because "id not been in" id not missed any appointments but because id not needed them they took me off their register without even notifying me via text or letter was told " its policy since covid and they didn't need to notify me " when I asked to see their policy they refused, said they had no spaces to add me back again , I had a broken front tooth with the nerve showing and they didn't care, however would " make room to see me " if I went private , been with them years and this is how i got treat , I may add the woman on the counter was lovely.

Absolute joke of a place booked in over the phone for a filling got there and they had me in for a check up had me pay £26 for not even 5 minutes worth of work and for something I didn’t even book in for, they didn’t even know I had a tooth missing or anything about me when I got there they had to ask me so clearly haven’t checked their records. Very rude dentists receptionists were better help than the dentists. Absolute joke would not recommend. Only doing it to money grab booking more appointments told me they didn’t have time to do the filling I’ve booked in for such a joke.

Just had my first appointment with a Nazma Majid. She was absolutely wonderful. I'm really nervous but she listened and was so helpful. I think I've finally found the dentist for me after being happy for years with Jason Fields prior to his retirement. The receptionists were brilliant and really put me at ease. A huge thankyou to you all.

First class service once again all staff very friendly and put you at ease as soon as you enter the practice. Never a painful experience only paying afterwards and that’s something they have no control over. Really good experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dentist. Really patient with my granddaughter who is always very anxious when visiting the dentist.
