Usually getting through isn't an issue saying under 5 minutes and I'm through, but since this new Treeline Dental has come in. 30 minute wait. Alright fair enough it's a 30 minute wait that's fine, gets on the phone To book a routine check up, Staff member answers and seemingly can't here me and hangs up after about 5 seconds.I never got a redial or nothing. Superb dentistry by the technical staff, terrible support from admin. 36 minutes on hold in position 1 ! Call back ? Still waiting…. It was a 5 star service until Treeline took over … not so good now … disappointing….

I've had my name on the waiting list now for a year and a half, I called up just to see where I was on the list and the receptionist I spoke to who was called Jo informed me that I was number 632 on the waiting list, said they weren't taking anymore patients at the moment, and then LAUGHED. Yes it's so hilarious that no one can get a dentist.

Such a lovely experience from booking my emergency appointment this morning to receiving the treatment . Lovely friendly receptionist who went out of her way to get me seen today and then called me 45 mins before my appointment to tell me they where running late and arrive 15 minutes later so I wasn’t waiting around. I Was then greeted by the most friendliest and thorough dentist who talked me through my treatment.
