I am more than pleased with the service offered by the practice. I was referred to James from my dentist in Portsmouth when I expressed an interest in having implants. I had five all at once! James and the staff at Wordsworth House are first rate. Today I must also mention Chloe who I met for the first time when she ably demonstrated care and concern in engaging with an elderly patient in reception. Great dentist and hygienist. Told me honestly about my teeth how to look after them what to keep doing. It didn't feel like a shop in shop out dentist more of a homely feel where they give great personal advice on what you should do next. The hygienist was very thorough left no tooth left unpolished great in showing me some products that she felt maybe benifical for me to use. Everything was very professional and quick. Overall a great experience
I met practice Principal James Kleiber , who gave me confidence as soon as I met him,he told me what I needed, along with a quotation, which I accepted. I was to have two Implants, after I had my teeth removed James made up a sleeve to fit over my front teeth which was amazing it looked as if, I did not need any treatment. It took a number of appointments to fit the implants in. so eventually I had my new teeth in, I could not tell them from my proper teeth. An excellent job with hardly any pain for me at all. I have no hesitation in recommending James Kleiber, is so caring as well.
First time visiting this practice. Came in for an appointment with the hygienist, couldn't fault them at all. Friendly, welcoming and thorough. Will be returning for sure :)
