MyDentist - The Hundred - Romsey

The work carried out by the hygienist was excellent. Also very helpful advise. My only criticism/observation is that every time I attend, twice a year, the charge for the hygienist goes up at a rather alarming rate! Is this really necessary?

It’s been always pleasure to see my hygienist Aneko her assistant sorry her name slipped off my brain… Reception Which is very helpful in making and sometimes rescheduling my appointment. Recently I saw Jane who was very polite helping and willing to help and co ordinate. Above all Aneko (Rdh) is the one bonded me to this practice for over a decade now.🤞✌🏼👏

All the staff at mydentist Romsey are extremely welcoming, friendly and professional - I was kept well informed of the treatment plans and the work that was going to be undertaken. My actual dentist Roula was exceptional - I had a chipped front tooth, which of course is a particularly important tooth in terms of confidence and the chip was quite a difficult one to be able to repair. Excellent. Friendly. Unfortunately, whilst tipped back in the dentists chair for extensive treatment, I needed a cushion to support my head. Apparantely all [One?] were in use. Fortunately it was a cold day and , whilst in my wheelchair, I had a blanket over my legs. This was able to be folded and put under my head. When I come again I probably won't have the blanket with me so another pillow would be greatly appreciated. All the staff were very friendly and the dentist very skilled.
