Had my first appointment with them today for a hygienist and then saw a dentist. Coming to them from an NHS dentist the difference in quality was like night and day. Facilities are new and quality. The attention to detail of both the hygienist and dentist was so impressive. They take the time to explain things and you are treated like a human being (unlike NHS dentist I was with previously where you felt like a burden every time you go for a check up). Yes you have to pay more than an NHS dentist but have to say I found their pricing quite reasonable.
Lowen Dental Spa is exceptional. The team are professional, kind, and make you feel completely at ease from start to finish. Everything is explained clearly, treatment is gentle, and the standard of care is outstanding. Highly recommend.
