For many years I have had a extreme fear of Dentists which has impacted my oral health. Rochester Dental was recommended to me when avoiding dental health was no longer an option. From first point of contact with the reception team, right through to my initial appointment, I found the service to be extremely helpful and professional. I was given an appointment within a reasonable timeframe and really felt listened too. Staff are always friendly and helpful, such a kind atmosphere when you walk in. The dentist’s work is always flawless and long lasting, can’t fault them. Would recommend to anyone.

I came here for my daughter's check up. The receptionist was not pleasant at all. I actually felt like crying because I was so angry from the disrespect and lack of unkindness the receptionist delivered. Such a shame as my experience with the dentist was good. Honestly I don't normally do reviews, but I'm sorry that receptionist is not right for this business. No customer service ethics at all. I am looking for an alternative provider. Very disappointed.

I used to be frightened of going to the dentist from childhood , but now im 72yrs old and really feel happy seeing our dentist , she is kind and puts me and my husband at ease . The receptionist are very pleasant to us . Thank you
