Had my first appointment in years due to being scared of Dentists. New Road dental practice was recommended by a few people and reviews were very good, so I booked the appointment. Receptionist was welcoming and friendly. Renita and her assistant were wonderful and put me at ease. I will definitely return for the follow up appointment and feel a lot better about attending the dentists in the future.
Dr DSouza has been extremely helpful when she referred me to a consultant for a tooth extraction and she always takes great care to explain any issues in great depth after a check-up. After being with the practice for 20 years I was hesitant to transfer to a new dentist but now I feel completely at ease. Christine
I recently had an appointment with Shrine, and I can honestly say it was the complete opposite of my last dental experience elsewhere. This was my second visit, as the first was a consultation, and I arrived feeling genuinely anxious after a previous dentist at another practice had left me close to tears. I told Shrine I can be a bit pathetic with injections, and she was so reassuring, kind, and patient. From the very beginning, Shrine explained everything she was going to do, including what I might feel and why — and thanks to her calm and gentle approach, I didn’t feel the pain or disco…
Great visit, it went early and was seen almost immediately, dentist gave me plenty of advice on how to look after my teeth, and options on how to resolve some issues. Im happy with the service I received.reception was friendly, dentist and assistant were friendly and professional, I have nothing negative to say, it was all positive and on point.
