Hoo Dental Care Limited

Have been treated at Hoo Dental Care for many years now, for both NHS and Private treatment. They are fantastic with my daughter and myself, who is a nervous patient. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Staff are polite, informative, professional and always make you feel welcome! Their duty of care is above and beyond.

The entire staff at Hoo are lovely and facilitate a calm and warm environment- From the moment I walked in, the reception team were welcoming and professional, making me feel completely at ease. The practice is clean, modern, and well-organised. Professionals took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions patiently. It’s clear that the expert team at Hoo Dental genuinely care about their patients’ wellbeing and comfort.

Disgusting practise. They were judgemental and rude to my young daughter, made hateful comments about her and her appearance. She had been playing outside so had some muck on her trousers and I was expressed to be a bad mother for this. Her teeth were perfect but some grass stains meant they made false comments. They were far from delivering perfect practise, touching the sides wearing gloves and then my little girls mouth that I had to make them aware of. So if you don’t have a Louis Vuitton handbag and private dental care with them I’d suggest having thick skin for the slander they delive…

Me and my daughter visited the clinic today and she was very anxious before hand but when we arrived the staff were very lovely and made her feel calm and at ease, she wasn't as scared by the end of the appointment
