City Way Dental Practice

I have been a patient here for 15 years. Despite being removed from the NHS list without being told or warned it would happen I continued to use the surgery as I had always been happy with the treatment. In September I had a tooth filled after it broke, I paid the bill as presented on the day. When trying to re arrange an appointment, I was told there was an additional charge added to my last bill after I had paid and without my knowledge. I have emailed a complaint about this and they haven't had the courtesy to acknowledge it. I just got a call today demanding payment. I have seen a …

I attended the City Way Practice today, as I have for a number of years. I haven't always had good experiences with dentists before coming to Oradent but have grown to respect the team here. Dr Eoin O'Carrol and Timea Arvai look after my dental well being including my seventy year old teeth (I had another set before these but they unaccountably all fell out; I seem to remember a fairy being involved). They are both friendly people and I have never known them to be less than professional. I can heartily recommend them both. Malcolm Beasley

My sincere thanks to my dentist Kehinde, for an excellent experience throughout 2025. I had some plaque build up, underwent a deep clean, and also had a tooth removed this year. Looking back at every visit, my experience sitting in the chair was consistently positive. Kehinde was exceptional. I had a great experience at this dental practice. The dentist and assistant were very professional and did their work with care and precision, making me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. The receptionist was helpful and greeted me with a friendly, polite manner, which made the whole visit smooth and pleasant.
