I had a great experience with Catherine & Kate and the reception staff were lovely (Hajir). They were professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly. The clinic is clean and welcoming, and I felt very comfortable throughout my visit. Highly recommend! ♥️
I will not go to any other dentist! As a person with dental phobia I’d have never thought Id be able to attend an appointment where a filling is removed and replaced without being sedated or having a meltdown and crying, but yesterday I managed to do just that - No sedation and no tears!. I recently booked an emergency appointment after a dental crisis involving some crispy pork crackling and a molar that wasn’t as hard as I thought. I was grateful to be seen really promptly by Sophie and her team. Although I’m a regular at the practice I had never met Sophie before. Despite my nerves (and a little pain) Sophie examined the problem and was fantastic at reassuring my nerves and quickly resolving my problem in a single visit. Amazing is all I can say. Nicola was very warm and welcoming, not been to see dentist for 5 years also, had bad experience with previous dental hygienists, the girls were an absolute delight made me at ease the moment I got in there. Was a joy being taken care of by them. Highly recommend. Would give 10 stars if I could.
