This was by far the best experience I have ever had, everyone was so welcoming and kind. My hygienist Robyn is an absolute gem, she is so gentle and kind I swore I nearly feel asleep in her chair. I have been with The Parade Specialist Dental Centre since 2023 and cannot recommend them highly enough. The service is excellent and every member of staff is so kind and welcoming. I was previously very nervous about visiting the dentist after an awful experience when I was younger, but Dr James Grandfield has been extremely patient and understanding. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and always makes me feel completely at ease. His patient care and kindness are exceptional. Had a really wonderful experience at Bupa Parade and would recommend! Everyone made my time getting two new implants really easy, from being fully upfront about the cost and process to just begin really nice, patient and having a sense of humour! After a referral to The Parade from my dental surgery and initial consultation with dental surgeon Adrian Binney, my implants procedure started May and were finalised end September. I expected the procedure to last several months, to allow for healing to take place.
