Excellent practice. Recently signed up as a patient and had an excellent first appointment with Chris. He was thorough, informative and made me feel at ease. My hygenist appointment today with Laura and Julia was superb and they were so lovely and welcoming. So gentle and easily the best hygienist experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Having moved to the area recently I was very anxious to start using a new practice. Having finally plucked up the courage to go (in pain of course as that’s what us nervous types wait for) I was so happy to find a team of caring, engaging, professionals who have now safely handled me, and my nerves & phobias, through 3 appointments which included 2 fillings & a root canal. I feel so fortunate to have found Chris and Southfield Dental practice.

Needed a couple of fillings, having not been to the dentist for a few years. Really happy with the work done by dentist Paul. Very impressed with the level of professionalism and standard of work done. Thanks Becca and Julie too.

I called as I required some emergency treatment on one of my teeth. The receptionist asked me for some details and asked if I knew they were rather expensive! She spoke to me like I was 10 years old at which point I was so disappointed I hung up. I managed to get private treatment elsewhere in Ringwood and due to the nature of the issue I would have paid whatever it took for it to be repaired. I hope this was a one off occurance for the sake of the practice.
