Had my first hygienist appointment. Was apprehensive as I have a bad experience in my other dental practise and had not been for a few years. I had nothing to worry about. Carmen was excellent. Very thorough and thoughtful, said if it was uncomfortable to let her know. It was a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend. The whole practise delivers great service. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Lovely when you are able to actually talk to someone. Regularly sit on hold for over 20 minutes just to talk to someone on the phone. When you manage to get an appointment the staff are very lovely.
Worst experience I’ve ever had in any customer service department. My appointment was supposed to be at 9:40 but it was 9:55 by the time I actually got in the room. When I rung up to book a hygienist appointment, I mentioned that I’d like to have teeth whitening and the foreign man on the phone said my appointment would be around 40 minutes for £70 and I can discuss my teeth whitening with the hygienist. Due to the hygienist being over 10 minutes late and too much chit chat at the beginning of my appointment because she said I was a new patient, she didn’t realise that I was actually having…
!Fantastic experience with superduper dentist Rebecca. It was pretty much a new experience having Fillings and she (Including her assistant) did a fantastic job. And Carmen The hygienist is super duper 100% too. Thanks to all 😁
