My daughter had two teeth extracted under sedation today, by Dr Sophie Clarke and her wonderful team, the experience couldn't have been better. All the staff (reception and medical team) were friendly and professional, putting my daughter (and me) at ease. The procedure was explained thoroughly at every step and was efficient and expertly carried out. Thanks so much to all at Chartwell Dental!

My wife Ceyda had to get a tooth removed today and she was absolutely terrified — she even broke down crying before the treatment started. The team here were incredible. The women looking after her were so patient, gentle, and reassuring. They didn’t rush her at all, made her feel completely safe, and talked her through every step. The procedure itself was done perfectly, and my wife left feeling relieved and genuinely grateful. Thank you to the whole team for turning such a stressful moment into a positive experience. I have never seen such a harmonious, caring and friendly team of doctors and receptionists. Even a tooth extraction can be pleasant, quick and painless. I think my 6-year-old's words, "I'M NOT AFRAID OF THE DENTIST ANYMORE," speak for themselves. Thank you

I had my teeth removed under sedation today and the whole procedure was wonderful from start to finish. As a person who is very nervous about the dentist I was reassured the whole way through. Even having my hand held whilst sedated and my teeth were being removed. I could not recommend this place enough. Thank you so much ❤️
