I required an emergency extraction. The dentist and nurse were very professional and courteous, and the extraction done with minimal discomfort. The whole practice's customer care was excellent. The practice was very clean and comfortable.

I attended with ongoing pain around a crowned tooth. Despite continuing symptoms, the dentist questioned my pain and suggested it should not be an issue due to a previous root canal. When discussing options, he referred to extraction and described it as “long and difficult,” focusing more on anticipated pain than reassurance or support. His manner throughout the consultation was dismissive and dreadful. I left with no confidence in his care and would not recommend this dentist. I have just been seen for an emergency 111 appointment with awful pain around my wisdom tooth. I was greeted by Denise at reception who went above and beyond to ensure I could find a chemist open on New Year’s Day. Denise was really proactive and also very friendly. I saw Assma the dentist and her assistant Rochelle - apologies if I get these names wrong. They were gentle and kind and got me the right treatment first. Carlsberg don’t do dentists but, if they did, it would be Berry Lane!
