Divya is absolutely lovely and makes every appointment worth coming to; she’s so welcoming and kind that I never want to miss a visit. Bee was incredibly gentle, thorough, and professional, and she took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. Divya was warm, welcoming, and efficient from the moment I arrived, making the whole visit smooth and stress-free. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out, and they made the appointment a very positive experience. I highly recommend this practice because of their excellent care and customer service. 💖
The Smile Studio Richmond offers exceptional service. Dr. Avraj is a delight, incredibly friendly and professional. Our 7 year old daughter was extremely nervous coming into her appointment and after meeting Dr. Avraj, she was completely put at ease and actually enjoyed the experience. So much so, she wanted to join her Dads appointment the next week! The receptionist Divya, is very helpful and we really enjoy our experience at the surgery.
