We are extremely happy with the treatment and the outstanding level of care provided. The staff were kind, professional, and very supportive throughout the entire process. Thank you so much for your patience and dedication, and for giving my daughter such beautiful, healthy teeth. We truly appreciate everything you have done.
I visited this private dental clinic for my young son, and the receptionist, Rima, treated me extremely rudely for no valid reason, especially while I was answering questions from another receptionist nearby. She told me to "move aside" because she was "on the phone and couldn't hear," in a very disrespectful manner. Her behavior was completely unnecessary, unprofessional, and clearly discriminatory. As an NHS patient, it was very upsetting to be treated this way — it felt as if we were unwanted simply because we were being seen under the NHS scheme. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone…
Richmond Orthodontics did a great job over the last couple of years looking after my daughter’s teeth. Super knowledgeable and helpful staff. Now a perfect smile :-)
