Have just finished my Invisalign journey with Dr Heather Samuels who has been brilliant throughout. If I could give zero stars, I would. The service is terrible, getting an appointment on the NHS as a patient is near to impossible. The receptionists are rude and off putting both over the phone and in person. It’s like they’re bothered if you ask a question or just by your presence. Just not competent at all. Wouldn’t recommend. I had a broken bracket from my internal braces so I thought I’d go here and get it fixed, they initially lied to me and told me come in and we can see if it is covered by the NHS.
