The whole team were so friendly and approachable. You can tell they put their clients first before the money as they did not pressure my mum into having her procedure done because the dentist didnt, in his words, “want her to waste her time and money as she didn’t need to have it done” but was prepared to go ahead if mum wanted to. Would highly recommend them. The environment was spotless and looked very professional. We will definitely be returning. Thank you all :-)
Excellent customer service.Very friendly and helpful staff. Gave me a full explanation of what was going to happen with a complete breakdown of costs, before treatment started. First class follow up a day after treatment. The experience was very good and the environment was clean and bright. Can happily recommend.
Made to feel so welcome from the moment l entered the practice. Such lovely friendly helpful staff. Excellent attention to detail with dental treatments. The most up to date equipment. Such care given by dentist and everything explained and shown to me. I was really made to feel at ease and l won’t worry again about my dental appointments. I highly recommend this practice.
Great team, 5 star treatment. Lovely environment and feel very well looked after. The lady's who has treated my children has been so lovely she is gentle kind and informative didn't feel judged by her which ive had in past by dentists. I'm much happier going here myself and now taking my children
