Been with Primo since last May, very happy from the start had my consultation then started my Primalign treatment, Alex was brilliant at every appointment explained everything! Returned today to Alex for my composite veeners after completing the Primalign, so happy with the results! Hannah and Alex both made me very comfortable throughout the procedure. Highly recommend!
Brilliant service from start to finish. I’ve had fillings and composite veneers done and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Every single staff member has been so welcoming, friendly and professional throughout. A huge shout-out to Alex, my dentist — such a perfectionist and it really shows in the results. I’m over the moon with my final smile and would 100% recommend to anyone. Thank you all!
Amazing dental service- I attended Prestatyn. The reception team are wonderful and provided reassurance and answered all questions I had. I have dental phobia but Jack and the dental nurse were patient with me, friendly, explained each step of my filling and clean. They ensured that I was comfortable and not worried during my check up and procedure. Cannot recommend them enough!
I had a great experience at Primo Prestatyn with Dr Alex. Really friendly, put me at ease straight away and listened to my concerns. Communication was excellent throughout from the practise, nothing was too much for them. I’m so happy with my results and new smile. Highly recommend!
