Smile Dental Care Hanway

Have had a really positive experience at Smile. Always felt nervous heading to the dentist but Ajay has been brilliant and a special mention to Ranbir the hygienist who always goes the extra mile. Both Ajay and Ranbir are always happy to give advice and take the time you need to explain things and give you the treatment you require. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I have had 3 appointments in the last 2 weeks and only managed to see the dentist once. My first appointment the dentist was running 35 mins late even though it was first thing in the morning if I hadn't asked reception I wouldn't have known. 2nd appointment new dentist was great. 3rd appointment cancelled 10 mins before appointment. When I had driven 45 mins to get there. Asked for a refund as I can't get anymore time off work, but have to wait a month. They are quick to take your payment prior to treatment but a month is ridiculous to wait for a refund.

First appointment today, joined on the Thursday and seen on the Monday, was seen promptly after checking in The dentist (Nicholas)was very thorough took xrays and explained every thing fully and what options were available to me, great practice

Was sent to this practice by 111 as I had a tooth that had broken off in gum. The dentist I saw was so lovely. He talked me through all my options and what would happen. I had a plate put in and it fits perfectly. I hate dentists usually but I'm even thinking of signing up with them. Thankyou for the experience.
