First visit today for myself and my partner really positive experience our dentist Sophie she was on time and very professional and friendly asked if we both had any questions worries the dental nurse was lovely too. Reception staff lovely helpful and friendly so glad we have finally found a great dental service that fits our needs. Highly recommend
Mostly happy with them but today the dentist was 15 mins late. No apology though I had to cut off interpreting job to wait 20 mins in their surgery:( Then a numbing injection was used for only cleaning my teeth:( I was never scared of dental pain and I usually don't need numbing:) But she gave me an injection like for horse!!! I am only 50 kg and all pills I take the smallest dosage as everything has a big affect on me. Next time please use half or no dose for someone petit!!! I am still numb after 3,5 hours and have been biting my mouth while eating. It was an absolutely unnecessary amount…
