Mydentist - Chichester Road - Copnor

I was with this dentist as an NHS patient for over 17 years as a regular user. Then during Covid they cancelled my check up appointment and despite phoning for several years after they said they were not taking check ups. Surely, there is an obligation on the dentist to make a re-appointment when they cancel. Through no fault of my own and poor communications from the dentist I now find out I am no longer registered. This one of the better Dentist I have been lucky to have Dentist who whent out of his way to make sure I got a Hospital appointment for 3 lumps indy mouth now all clear within 2 weeks well done 10 10

I leave work earlier (my shift ends at 12:00), take a taxi to pick up my daughter from home, and head to the dentist on time. My daughter's appointment is at 12:00. We wait and wait. 34 minutes. The front desk should have scheduled an appointment for 12:30. Everything would have been fine. Easy and don't rush. Please, respect other people's time and money.

I was treated graciously and politely by all the staff at the practice. My dental treatment plan was explained to me in full after being able to view the x-rays taken during my appointment. I find it a little sad that dental practices are struggling to recruit dentists at the moment, and therefore you may have work done by a different dentist to the one who originally examined you. The practice was very clean and well organised at the time of my visit. Parking can be an issue as the practice is on a busy side road, usually full with residential vehicles so leaving a bit more time to arrive …
