Wonderful. From receptionist to nurse to dentist, everyone was friendly and put me at ease. I particularly liked how James talked me through my xrays and gave explanations as well as great advice. The time spent made me feel valued as a patient and made the experience much less scary. Thank you!
As ever, from reception to dental assistants to dentist, a great experience. All are friendly, professional and helpful. I don't think going to the dentist is anybody's favourite appointment, but everyone there makes you feel at ease, which is especially important to me. Thank you to all of you at Grand Valley Dental.
My experience during my visit yesterday 18th Feb was excellent. The attention to detail from the happy, helpful receptionist to James taking the time to show me my x-rays and discuss treatment options rather than being told what is needed. This experience is night and day from my experiences at other dentists I’ve have been treated by. Great atmosphere real family feel
Always a good experience visiting this dental surgery from initial telephone request for a emergency dental treatment to all around treatment, been with this practice for well over 25yrs, had great treatment then and now with James. Thanks for helping me out when ever I need anything
