Its not my usual dental practice but I just had my wisdom tooth removed there. Not a pleasant experience. Arrogant dentist, no antibiotics prescribed so I suffer with infection now and had to see my dentist whose reaction to my infected gum was clearly showing that it is bad! also gum badly stitched to my cheek(!!!) and cut in every direction! probably completely unnecessary. I feel like it could have been done a lot better. If it takes40 min to remove a tooth, cutting trough the gum and stitched its a small chance that this type of wound wont get infected. so WHY no antibiotics? only made …
Went to The Mount Dental Practice today and they were brilliant the nurse was very friendly and caring the dentist Hassan was fantastic so calming and pleasant ive had awful experiences with other dentists but today was brilliant so calming and being relaxed I had a tooth extracted
It's ok for these to let other people book appointments for you but don't send a message or notification and the person who booked it forgets to tell you they have done it more than once but try to re register years later after moving back to Hemsworth they still hold it against you and won't let you register.
the dental nurse that assisted my treatment was lovely, reassuring and calming. i am an extremely nervous patient due to previous bad experiences and this practice was not a good fit for someone like me. if you have any dental/medical anxiety, are not good with procedures etc I wouldn’t recommend this practice. i was in extreme distress during the treatment and was visibly struggling and received no help other than being told to “stop” doing that.
