I was treated by Osian Rogers who performed my treatment with a very friendly and professional manner. He fully explained the procedure and made me feel very relaxed and reassured. Must admit he was the best dentist I've ever had. Fully recommended. Well done Smile.

After being sent a email to book an appointment which I was told they didn't do but hay . I've been trying to book an appointment for a check up leving messages and no one calls back . On a separate issue my son and Daughter was struck off because they had not had an appointment in sometime . My wife kept going in to the practice and was told that they will send a message when to book an appointment gess what no messages. So she went in after a couple of months and was told the same . Went yesterday for a checkup. After reading some bad reviews I was a bit wary, but there was no need to be. The ladies on reception were very polite and friendly, and I had a lovely conversation with one of them whilst waiting for my appointment. Overall a very pleasant, relaxing experience which is what you need in a dental surgery.

I've been at this dentist for 47 years as a NHS patient. This has proved challenging over recent years as a check up was no longer available to NHS patients. Each time I visited which was only available when work on my teeth was required I asked for a checkup and was repeatedly told it wasn't available. Last week I phoned as I had a cracked tooth.
