I recently had a surgical wisdom tooth extraction and was very anxious beforehand, but the entire experience was far better than I expected. From the moment I arrived, the team were incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. They took the time to explain each step of the procedure clearly, which really helped to calm my nerves and made me feel fully informed and in control. The surgery itself was smooth and much quicker than I had anticipated, and I felt comfortable throughout – a credit to Liz’s expertise and skill. I attended as a new patient with an emergency appointment. Daniel and Hannah were so kind and professional, and the building generally feels welcoming, comfortable and fresh. I was feeling a little fragile as I'm going through a difficult bereavement (as well as being a bit of a dental-phobe) and both Daniel and Hannah listened to me and put me at ease. I can't recommend Eilertsen enough and I'm definitely transferring from my regular dentist. Thank you for a compassionate and professional service.
New patient assessment. Not the easiest place to find as very limited external signage. However, I can't fault the quality of care and attention given. Lucy was excellent at listening to my concerns, identifying the causes of my issues and providing very detailed explanation of treatment plan going forward. Finally feel like I have found a dentist that I can trust and will get quality care.
I had my first appointment at the practice this evening. The dentist, dental nurse and receptionist were so kind and put me at ease straight away. I will be highly recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you for a lovely first visit. There was no pressure to book anything and all options were explained.
