Faultless service from start to finish. Everything you would want from a Dentist practice. Of course, the treatment by Doctor Young and the team is first class but patients are put at ease and can be confident in all aspects of the experience. Highly professional administration from front of house and efficiency with compassion from phone calls, through reception to the dentist chair and treatment. Thank you.
Love this dental surgery..receptionist always polite, helpful and very accommodating. I have 4 children and they have been amazing with the issues one of my child suffers with her teeth. They have put my children at ease and non of them fear the dentist any more.
I’ve been a patient at this surgery for as long as I can remember. I just called to make a check up and told my dentist has left and they cannot see me. The receptionist was rude and abrupt and ended up ending the call when I went silent. Absolutely shocking service and patients made to feel like they are nothing! I’m sure you still have a dentist though!!!
Make sure you keep up your appointments. I've was with the dentist for 25 years plus and was taken off the books with no warnings or alternatives, after I didn't attend for 2 years. Fair enough, but not helpful on what I should do next just removed. I found a very helpful private dentist in Plymstock.. Totally agree with all the comments about the 'receptionist.
