I’d give 10 *’s if I could! Dentist lady M & dental nurse S, you are two of the nicest people I’ve ever met! Thanks for taking such good care of me. Also the lady in the recovery room.. and the two receptionists.. bless you all xxx In the nicest way possible, I hope not to see you again too soon 🥰 As for the negative reviews a) this place has nothing to do with nhs 111, they are totally different and have different criteria for triage. b) they are not responsible for the dental crisis and can only see so many patients in the day.. if you are 15th in the queue 2 minutes after opening time, j…
Useless, takes 2 hours to get through too on phone, then to be told you have to call in everyday and if appointment available they will call you back by 5pm, who on earth with a full time job can call in everyday whilst at work and wait for nearly 2 hours for a reply then wait for a call back!! Joke this NHS service, better off ripping out tooth and going A&E
Had a dental emergency that put me in the hospital after multiple days of calling this place, as 111 just send you here without any other advice. This place never calls you back even if you call them 8:45am on the dot. You are better off getting pain relief from your gp/a&e and registering privately with a dentist asap. The people who work here and in 111 have no sympathy for you no matter how much pain you are in. I understand these services are overworked and under staffed but they have no humanity. Save yourself the mental agony and register with a private dentist.
Tried sorting an appointment since Friday 13/02/26, takes ages to get through to be then told if you don’t receive a call back by 17:00pm to call back in the morning! Broken tooth and in a lot of pain! Shocking service and a waste of time having a nhs emergency dentist!
