This practice is amazing! The customer service, friendliness and professionalism of every member of staff is second to none! This has made visiting the dentist an easy and pleasant experience throughout! Im just starting my treatment after needing an emergency extraction and I feel so at ease about visiting again. Always put patient care at the top of their priorities. Have been in and out of the dentist over the past 18 months and the team at Crownhill Dental could not make me feel more at ease. Dr Ordi and Sid have gone above and beyond the normal expectation of a standard dentist to ensure I am confident in my smile and that I am feeling well. I have been coming here for a few years now. My current hygienist is Chloe who is fantastic. She takes great care in ensuring you're comfortable and doesn't rush. I have some sensitive teeth when in comes to my teeth being cleaned at the dentist and Chloe is the only hygienist who has managed a pain free clean. Nurses are super careful and friendly and receptionists efficient. Great practice - see you in 6 months!!

Zoé, the dental hygienist, and her dental nurse were excellent: professional, gentle and kind. Unfortunately one receptionist gave me incorrect information about my last check-up date when I enquired. Also, the price of a hygiene appointment has increased by 15% since October, with no prior warning.
