I had a great experience at my new dental surgery with Dr Hasan Ahmed today. He was very reassuring, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made me feel at ease throughout the appointment. He was also very friendly, which really helped. I received excellent service overall and would definitely recommend him.

Thank you to Hasan and his assistant, they were extremely friendly and restored my faith in going back to a dentist. After 1hr and 14mins on hold to this dentist I gave up. This is not the first time. Your are more likely to win the lottery then actually speak to the receptionist. Why even bother including your telephone number as a way to contact the practise if you refuse to answer the phone. DO NOT RECOMMEND. When I did speak to the receptionist over a year ago, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. It’s such a shame as the dentists and dental hygienists are actually quite pleasant.
