First visit with the new dentist and such a positive experience! She was very patient and made me feel completely at ease. The scale and polish and my filling were both quick and pain free. As someone who’s had some difficult dental experiences before, this really restored my confidence. Highly recommend!
We’ve had such lovely experiences here with both my children and myself. The team are incredibly warm, calm, friendly and approachable, which made such a difference for my children’s visits - they felt relaxed, listened to and completely at ease. I recently had fillings done and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Any nerves I had were taken away straight away. The dentist was so chatty and reassuring, keeping me distracted throughout and explaining everything clearly. Amazing dentist. I have been going to this dentist for many years now and have never been disappointed. The staff are amazing, polite and professional. I often forget my next appointment but you always get a reminder well before it’s due. My Granddaughter has started going with me on my appointments and the dentist is so good with her. Just showing her around letting her sit in the seat but only if my granddaughter is comfortable with it. A perfect way to introduce a young child to the dentist so she has no fear. I Can’t recommend this dentist enough.
Second visit to the practice for a check up. Dental nurse was polite and welcoming on arrival. The dentist was friendly, detailed with both her examination and with the scale and polish. Would definitely recommend
