All the staff are SO lovely and professional, which is rare for dental surgeries! I haven’t been to a dentist in a while and they totally put me at ease, and answered all of the questions I had. They are very professional and honest about what treatments you need, and don’t pressure you with committing to treatment plans, you can go for treatment at your own pace. I have a severe dental phobia and at my recent appointment I was made to feel very calm and very relaxed. Everyone involved in my care/treatment process has been extremely professional and very reassuring. It’s the most positive experience I have had at a dentist for an extremely long time. And although I’m in no rush to come back I’m nowhere near as scared too. My dentist Oliji, Sedationist Etienne and nurse Izzy were fantastic.

So easy to book an appointment, had to enter a medical history which I’ve never done before but a great idea! I was seen by Olji and his trustee assistant Alicia who made me comfortable and relaxed, everything was explained very clearly of costs and procedures, we actually had a good laugh whilst waiting for the numbness to kick in, and again I was checked on to make sure everything was clear and I understood everything. I can't thank this dental practice enough. I had a poor prognosis case for a big cracked tooth that was causing me a lot of pain. I booked an emergency appointment with them, and the next day, they started the treatment. I was given 2 different treatment options to have the tooth removed or try to save it. I've been informed that trying to save it will need a root canal treatment and crown due to a huge fracture risk.
