UPDATE TO RESPONSE MADE In response to the comments made, I made you aware that I work in a vets and had to get to work otherwise I would have made comments HOWEVER, being part of customer care you should have asked me how everything went and you never did. Furthermore, on your website it clearly states that the hygienist appointment lasts anywhere between 30 MINUTES TO AN HOUR, I was seen for 15 minutes, which also during that appointment, nothing was mentioned from the last time I was seen as there were concerns from the other hygienist. Brilliant dentist practice! I went for a hygienist appointment and I was explained every step of the process. As Joanne looked over my teeth she told me about absolutely everything and I was very happy with this. It was a very clean and welcoming environment
I’m so grateful to have found a dental team that is both highly professional and genuinely caring. I would absolutely recommend this practise to any parent looking for a compassionate, child-friendly dentist.
Had emergency appointment for a badly broken tooth. Saw Connor who gave me a couple of options but I decided to have the tooth extracted as it was badly broken & decaying. I was a bit anxious but Connor got it out swiftly. Since then I’ve had no problems 10/10 professional care.
