My family have been with Denplan at High Locks Dental Practice for many years. As a very nervous patient Cyrus my dentist has been an absolute star, patient, kind, gentle, and all the nurses and receptionists are pleasant, friendly and kind. Also a big shout-out for Shelley the hygienist , amazing lady. So pleased with all of our treatment and so happy to have Cyrus and Shelley looking after our teeth, thank you so much both of you xxx
Just a little rant, when our dentist was at bridge house I paid £65 for a check up, when it joined with high locks they went with their price list. I was in for literally 10 minutes to be charged £95, I can see why, rant over.
Great staff. Wonderful customer service. Always helpful. Had my check up with Drew. Made to feel welcome and always smiling. Fantastic experience.
My wife and I have been patients at High Locks for a number of years now. We have also been subscribers to Den Plan when it was first introduced to the practice which we find excellent value and great peace of mind covering our yearly inspections and hygienists appointments plus X-rays, cancer mouth checks, etc. Our dentist Cyrus is excellent what ever dental service is required. We both feel very confident in his hands and treatment. The Hygienist (Shelley) is also excellent ensuring that our teeth and gums are kept in good order as well as advice on dental hygiene.
