I would like to start my review by saying I am an extremely bad patient, as I had a butcher for a dentist in my teens. I was met by a wonderful receptionist, and put at ease straight away. My first dentist was Lydia, who was professional and very kind. My front teeth were almost falling out, even though they were caps. I was rebooked for a course of treatment over the following weeks, and this was carried out by Kate. She is a fantastic Dental technician and her chair side manner put me completely at ease. The staff is lovely and they treat you nice. Look at all these negative reviews. People need to understand that behind that phone there's a human being that cannot perform magic. You need to be respectfull towards others no mather what. MOST OF NHS Dentist went private. So dont be harsh because you cannot book an emergency appointment instantly. ✌️

When I finally spoke to a staff member, I explained the urgent need for a patient suffering from severe pain in a lower back tooth, requesting an extraction. I was immediately told that the Centre was "fully booked" for the day. This response is extremely concerning and co…
