Bupa Dental Care Peterborough - Werrington

This is the best dental practice I have been to. Not only are reception approachable and friendly but every single member of staff always has a smile on their face. My dentist roxy is wonderful, she really makes me feel comfortable. All staff are kind, professional and you can tell that they love what they do so for that you all deserve 5 stars. Very disappointing experience. On arrival, my attendance was not recorded in the system. I waited around 15 minutes and only after I approached reception—having noticed that patients who arrived after me were already being seen—was it discovered that I had not been checked in. During the examination, the young dentist repeatedly mixed up tooth numbers while speaking to her assistant, correcting herself and giggling. Excellent staff. Mr Fredericks never rushes and always takes time to explain exactly what happens at each stage, which is really helpful when you are very anxious about dentists. Always goes at your pace and never makes you feel like you're a pain or difficult.

Check up price has gone up!! £61. They gave me a quote for follow up treatment so “I wouldn’t be surprised “ however failed to mention the £7 increase on check ups!!! You should tell me when I checked in or maybe in one of the millions of texts and emails you send reminding me of the appointment! Needless to say I WAS “surprised!”
