River Practice at The Bay

To say I am petrified of dentists is an understatement but due to a leaking abscess I had to go. And I am so happy I did choose the bay. Saw Jess and Jodie and they put me at ease from the start and the tooth extraction was pain-free. And we laughed so much which helped. And the singing wasn't bad either. The whole experience was so good I have now registered to go back as a patient for further work, something I didn't expect to do. A big thank you for everything you did and said today ❤️

A big thank you to the whole team. I needed an emergency visit just before Christmas. I am an extremely nervous patient when it comes to dentists. Matthew and Jodie were both very patient with me during my recent visit ,and did their very best in keeping me calm and reassuring me during my treatment.

This practice is wonderful. All staff friendly and knowledgable. Saved me New Years eve with same day appt in morning when my front veneer fell out. Lovely dentist and dental nurse, really knew their stuff! Thank you so much

I saw Charlotte and Geraldine for my hygienist appointment. I can’t stress enough how great they both were. I normally find having my teeth cleaned painful, uncomfortable and have sensitive teeth for days afterwards. Not only did they both make me feel welcome and at ease they ensured I was comfortable throughout the procedure. My teeth look and feel great. I’ve never come away from seeing the hygienist and felt this good. Thank you so much.
