having been cut off accidentally by the first receptionist who was going to find out the answer to my problem, I called again to be greeted by the unwelcoming Bev the receptionist, she wasn't very helpful at all, and told me to phone my insurance provider even thought they had told me to phone them to see what they covered on the initial voucher money awarded by pupa. bearing in mind im after implants to the tune of probably 20K her attitude and lack of care has now put me off using them!! Do better or you will be losing lots of custom!!

Was fitted in with an emergency appointment and the patient care from Marie and the girls was beyond any expectations. Was more than fair on the cost of treatment and if you are scared of dentists then you must see Marie and her colleagues they did so much to make me comfortable and painless. Thank you.

Update: second appointment just as the first, as a busy/disorganised person I appreciated the call to remind me. Had some ‘complex’ work done today with minimal pain, dentist Kannan was kind and firm about my options to get to where I want to be (smiling without visible recoils from ppl..). Hygienist also very sensitive to what I was about to have done so made an effort to calm me down! Ladies on the desk could understand my numb faced mumbles at the end thankfully and the reception does feel more like a nice beauty salon than the horrific 1980s dentist office in my mind! ——— Kind and pro…

I was asked to come in early (at 1.45 rather than 2.15) so I did. When I arrived the door was locked with a sign saying closed until 2. Nobody answered the door or phone. I left a message. When they called me I returned. No apology. I was just told that a meeting overran (although the printed sign did say until 2pm so I guess that was the plan, and if not they could have let me know). I was very unimpressed and it didn't help when the condescending receptionist decided to question why I was upset as it was "only about quarter of an hour"
