I’m genuinely surprised by the description of Dr. Murgai as a caring dentist who prioritises patient comfort — my experience was quite the opposite. From the moment I walked in, the tone was dismissive. His first words, leaning back with a smirk, were “what’s the issue?” — hardly the warm welcome one expects. Without warning, he placed equipment in my mouth and physically moved my chin several times instead of simply asking me to adjust.
